The package prices are exclusive to Buy House in Puglia and include everything you legally require to complete your purchase. In addition the writing of 2 Italian Wills to protect your investment is also included.
Buying property is always a major undertaking. If you are planning to invest in the Italian property market we highly recommend that you take expert, independent legal advice.
Remember that you would normally pay on average 3% of the property value to an estate agent which would NOT include some of the services being offerered in our exclusive packages.
